FINANCE MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join FIN Consult Ltd.
The economic activity of the Company is to carry on the business of Back-Office Services, Cost Analysis and management, bookkeeping services, Project management, and other related services to Maltese and other foreign customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Manage the Accounting Unit and Customer relationship.

Review Sales & Purchase invoices and oversee correct inputting on SAGE and QuickBooks.

Develop, implement, modify, and document proper record keeping and accounting systems.
-
Examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
-
Manage suppliers and other payments.
-
Monthly checking of payroll | FSS | SSC |Fringe Benefits Tax.

Oversee submission of NSO Statistics.
-
Oversee the reconciliation of Bank Account Statements.
-
Manage the relationship with Banks and other Financial Institutions.
-
Oversee timely submissions of VAT, Tax and MOSS Returns.

Develop, maintain and analyse financial projections and publish management accounts for higher management.

Communicating with Auditors to coordinate the publication of the company’s Annual Audit Financial Statements.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
-
ACCA or in process of obtaining this qualification; or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge of best practices in Internal and Audit controls.

Management and Leadership Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS

Good knowledge of SAGE and Quickbooks.

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good command of the English Language (Verbal and Written).

Flexible and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and priorities amongst different task.
-
Experience with working for gaming companies will be considered as an asset.
